Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

Daily - Job Hazard Assessments, Tailgate meetings, group discussions, toolbox talks, and visual job site inspections.

Weekly – Job site inspections documented using EOS inspection forms.

Monthly – Monthly safety meetings, Awareness talks, any new information received needs to be discussed.

To respond to reports of unsafe conditions and to ensure deficiencies are corrected;

To investigate incidents, unsafe conditions or work refusal;

To keep EOS offices informed of all issues;

To forward Workers compensation Incident Information to Head Office;

To participate in keeping documentation and the storage of it;

To render first aid on site if necessary; and

Various other responsibilities associated with Medic/Safety Representative.

Education Requirements:
Advanced Level 3 Certificate

Skill Set Required:
Exceptional documentation and retention abilities
CSO Certificate an asset
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Punctual
Strong Communication Skills (written and oral)
Multi Tasking Ability
Outgoing Attitude, Self Starter, Enthusiastic
