R Dean Peterson – President
Dean Peterson’s name is synonymous with customer service, integrity and hands-on leadership. As President, Dean sets the strategic direction for the company, and through his mentorship of senior management, he provides the backbone and support network conducive to promote growth both internally and for the company overall.
With over 30 years experience in this industry, he brings invaluable insight and knowledge to each and every project EOS Pipeline & Facilities Inc. is engaged in. Fueled by his passion for Excellence, he sets the tone for Industry Leadership throughout the company.
Liam McFarlane – Vice President – Operations
As the Vice President of Operations, Liam’s role involves the oversight of the company’s field / construction operations. Utilizing his over 20 years of hands-on field and field management experience in this industry, Liam has a keen understanding of the variables and components essential to successful project execution. He puts this expertise to practice through mentorship of District Managers and support personnel. Liam’s attention to detail is driven by the ultimate goal of client satisfaction and longstanding work relationships.
Dan J. Stearne – Executive Vice President
Dan Stearne has held the position of Executive Vice President since January of 2010. He directs the corporate operations of the company related to strategic planning and business analysis. Dan’s corporate fiscal management expertise has aided in positioning EOS Pipeline & Facilites Inc. as an overall leader in the industry.
Most recently, Dan was President of Inventronics Ltd, a public company manufacturing specialized equipment for the telecommunications and electronics industry. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Calgary and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. Dan has and currently holds various industry board and association memberships.
Wayne Budz – Vice President – Finance
Wayne Budz has developed his expertise in this industry through a series of Senior Financial positions within the oil and gas and mining sectors over the last 20+ years.
In 1985 Wayne received his Bachelor of Commerce designation from the University of Alberta and obtained his Certified General Accountant designation in 2008. Wayne joined EOS Pipeline & Facilites Inc. in 2009 in the role of Vice President of Finance / Corporate Controller. Wayne, through communication with senior management and district management, along with the support of a very strong financial team, provides the necessary foundation and fiscal controls which has enabled EOS to grow as a strong and stable entity.
Alana Turcotte – Vice President - Business Development and Sales
Alana has been coordinating sales for EOS Pipeline & Facilites Inc. since 2006. She moved into the role of Vice President of Business Development and Sales in January of 2011. Her role involves the building of EOS’ presence and market share within the Oil and Gas community through Corporate Communication and Industry Relationships.
Alana holds a Business Administration Diploma with a focus on Business Communication and Management. She is active with community events and sits on the Board of Directors of a local Sporting Club.
