Requirements:

• Key Responsibilities:


• Daily - Job Hazard Assessments, Tailgate meetings, group discussions, toolbox talks, and visual job site inspections.


• Weekly – Job site inspections documented using EOS inspection forms.


• Monthly – Monthly safety meetings, Awareness talks, any new information received needs to be discussed.


• To respond to reports of unsafe conditions and to ensure deficiencies are corrected;


• To investigate incidents, unsafe conditions or work refusal;


• To keep EOS offices informed of all issues;


• To forward Workers compensation Incident Information to Head Office;


• To participate in keeping documentation and the storage of it;


• To render first aid on site if necessary; and


• Various other responsibilities associated with Medic/Safety Representative.
